Visit us at elginlions.org and pay via a credit card or PayPal. After filling out the payment method, fill out the online message form for delivery information.
Mail order form (see below) and payment to Elgin Lions Club, PO Box 276, Elgin, IL 60101.
Drop off an envelope with completed order form (on website) and payment (cash/check) to the American Legion, 820 N. Liberty, Elgin (Lion’s mailbox)
